Dental Treatment Fees and Insurance Details

At Etheridge Family Dentistry, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional dental experience! We also understand that receiving high quality, comprehensive dentistry today can require not only an emotional investment, but at times, a financial one as well.

Before your consultation, Dr Ty will review your X-rays and photos, along with your noted desires, fears and needs to create the best treatment plan possible. After the proposed treatment has been discussed with Dr. Ty and all of your questions have been answered, our office staff can provide you with a comprehensive plan and discuss any insurance considerations and payment options that might be available so that you can achieve your dental health goals according while being mindful of finances. These combined efforts will help to prevent any unexpected expenses owed at the time of service.

We are happy to bill any PPO or Indemnity plan on your behalf, though it is always beneficial to understand your own policy, as every insurance plan is different and will cover different expenses and procedures.  Dental needs or desires may go beyond your existing insurance coverage or alotment. If this occurs, we can utilize "CareCredit" in order for you to achieve your goals.  This special finance company conveniently offers low monthly payment plans, with interest-free options that is widely accepted at many medical, dental, cosmetic and veterinary practices. 

Our office is a preferred in-network provider with Delta Dental, Premera Blue Cross and Regence Blue Shield. While we may not be an in network with all insurance plans, many will provide a similar if not same level of coverage for providers in or out of network. 

We also accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express.  If you have any questions about financing or payment, please ask us!  We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.



Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved especially for you.  We understand that your time is valuable and we make every effort to provide services in a timely manner.  We strive to give each patient our undivided attention for the scheduled appointment time. In exchange, we ask the same of you and expect that you are present for your appointment at the reserved scheduled time. 

If you are unable to make your appointment, we ask you to respectfully notify our office no less than 48 business hours before your scheduled time in order to reschedule you, and also allow someone else to reserve that time for themselves.  We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee without advance notice to the patient's account for cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment.    Thank you for the cooperation and understanding.
